Terms of Service

By using the ChopShop app, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate account and order information.

Orders and availability

Menu items, prices, branches and preparation times may change. An order is accepted when ChopShop confirms it. Review your branch, items, options, quantities and total before placing the order.

Your account

Keep your device and one-time codes secure. You must not misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with app security or use automated tools without permission.

Service and responsibility

We aim to keep the app available but may maintain, change or suspend features. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Ghanaian law.
