Contact your selected branch or ChopShop support as soon as possible if an order needs to change.

Before preparation

If preparation has not started, ChopShop may be able to change or cancel the order. Availability depends on the order status and branch operations.

Problems with an order

Report a missing, incorrect or unsuitable item promptly with the order number and branch. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable Ghanaian consumer law.
